2. What personal data we process

• Contact form: name, e-mail address and the content of your message, including any personal data you choose to include in it.
• Newsletter: e-mail address.
• Technical data: when a form is submitted, the IP address may be processed for spam-protection purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Handling your inquiry and preparing a quote — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract at your request).
• Sending the newsletter — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time via the link in the newsletter or by e-mail).

4. Retention period

• Inquiries: for the time necessary to handle the inquiry and any follow-up communication, at most 3 years from the last contact.
• Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients of personal data

We use the following processors to operate the website and forms:

• Web3Forms — a service that delivers messages submitted through the website forms to our e-mail.
• Our e-mail and web hosting providers.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

• have your data rectified or erased,
• restrict processing and object to processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
