CDL Welding is an engineering company based in Detva, Slovakia, specialising in the welding of steel and stainless steel structures and their complete surface treatment.

Welding is an essential part of manufacturing high-quality steel and stainless steel structures. Thanks to our experience and precise workmanship, we deliver strong, accurate and reliable welded joints even on demanding projects, with a strong focus on quality of execution and dimensional accuracy.

We offer a complete solution under one roof — from welding individual parts and assemblies, through sandblasting and surface preparation, to powder coating, wet painting and horizontal machining. Parts leave our facility protected against corrosion and ready for assembly, in both one-off and serial production.

Horizontal machining

Horizontal machining enables efficient processing of large and technologically demanding parts with high precision.

Thanks to modern technology, we can precisely machine large components for the engineering, energy and automotive industries.

Machining is carried out on a 5-axis portal milling machine capable of processing parts up to 4,200 × 2,500 mm. We also operate a RETOS VARNSDORF HP100GO horizontal boring machine with working travels of X 6,000 mm, Y 1,600 mm and Z 710 mm, equipped with precise HEIDENHAIN measuring systems for maximum machining accuracy.
